Recent Research Progress and Engineering Application of Coal Water Slurry Combustion Technology

  • 摘要: 水煤浆作为洁净煤技术中重要组成部分,有着易于储运、燃烧效率高、清洁环保等优点,对实现煤炭资源的清洁化利用具有重要意义,且随着技术的发展,水煤浆燃烧技术的研究与应用日趋多样化。介绍了水煤浆燃烧技术在我国的发展历程和应用情况,分析了水煤浆燃料特性对燃烧过程、着火温度、燃尽和结渣影响,阐述了主流的水煤浆雾化悬浮燃烧和水煤浆循环流化燃烧工艺,比较了两种燃烧工艺的技术原理,分析了技术各自的特点和适用场景。与水煤浆雾化悬浮燃烧相比,水煤浆循环流化燃烧技术基于水煤浆粒化给料技术、循环流化床炉内脱硫和低氮燃烧技术,从根本上解决了水煤浆雾化燃烧的高温结焦结渣和原始污染物排放高的问题,并基于流态重构技术对相关设计进行了全新的优化。指出了水煤浆循环流化床锅炉在发展过程中可能遇到的问题,以及应该努力的方向。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of clean coal technology, coal water slurry has the advantages of easy storage and transportation, high combustion efficiency, clean and environmental protection, etc. It is of great significance to realize the clean utilization of coal resources. With the development of technology, the research and application of coal water slurry combustion technology are becoming increasingly diversified. The development process and application of coal water slurry combustion technology in our country are introduced briefly. The influence of coal water slurry fuel characteristics on combustion process, ignition temperature, burnout and slagging is analyzed. The mainstream coal water slurry atomization suspension combustion and coal water slurry circulating fluidized combustion processes are described. The technical principles of the two combustion processes are compared, and their respective characteristics and application scenarios are analyzed. Compared with coal water slurry atomization suspension combustion, coal water slurry circulating fluidized combustion technology is based on coal water slurry granulation and feeding technology, circulating fluidized bed furnace desulfurization and low nitrogen combustion technology, which fundamentally solves the problem of high temperature coking and slagging and high emission of original pollutants in coal water slurry atomization combustion, and carries out new optimization of relevant design based on flow pattern reconstruction technology. The problems that may be encountered in the development of coal water slurry circulating fluidized bed boiler and the direction that should be worked hard are pointed out.
