±800 kV白浙线长江大跨越基础异型模板的研制

Development of Basic Special-shaped Template of ±800 kV Yangtze River Span at Baihetan-Zhejiang Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 800 kV白浙线长江大跨越工程目前是我国规模最大的架空输电线路跨越工程之一,为解决其基础混凝土浇筑难题,通过对其立柱异型钢模板系统的技术参数和结构组成进行综合分析,探讨其在实际运用中的表现和未来推广空间。针对大型跨越塔基础浇筑对钢模板带来的高达80.3 kN/m2的侧压力,结合基础包含新型插入式钢管、加腋区及顶部剪力槽的结构特点,使其适应基础实际浇筑顺序,同时考虑便于脱模和较高的表面质量要求。新设计的立柱钢模板具有高粗糙度要求的内表面和外附的槽钢桁架,采用流动式起重机根据浇筑流程分片组装并通过螺栓及拉杆连接,在达到结构强度、表面质量要求的同时便于现场安装支护。经过工程实际验证,基础异型钢模板达到了预期目标,成效显著,为今后同类型架空输电线路大跨越基础模板施工提供了研发思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the concrete pouring problem of the foundation of ±800 kV Baihetan-Zhejiang Yangtze River crossing project,one of the largest overhead transmission line crossing projects in China,the technical parameters and structural composition of the column special-shaped steel formwork system are comprehensively analyzed,and its performance in practical application and future promotion space are discussed. In view of the lateral pressure as high as 80. 3 kN/m2brought by large span tower foundation pouring on the steel formwork,the structure characteristics of the foundation including new type of inserted steel pipe,axillary area and top shear groove were combined to adapt to the actual pouring sequence of the foundation,and the requirements of easy stripping and high surface quality were considered. The newly designed column steel formwork has high roughness requirements of the inner surface and the attached channel steel truss,which is assembled by mobile crane according to the pouring process and connected by bolts and tie rods. It can meet the requirements of structural strength and surface quality and is convenient for on-site installation of support. Through the actual engineering verification,the foundation special-shaped steel formwork has achieved the expected goal and achieved remarkable results,which provides a research and development idea for the construction of the same type of overhead transmission line large span foundation formwork in the future.
