太赫兹波在电力检测与分析中的应用研究综述

Review on Application of Terahertz Wave in Electric Power Detection and Analysis

  • 摘要: 太赫兹波具有波粒二象性、高透性、低能性、指纹性、瞬态性和吸水性,在材料、国防、医学、生物、微电子、农业、成像、信息技术等领域具有重大的科学价值和应用前景。首先分析了太赫兹波的特征、原理、成像技术以及透射型与反射型的检测模式,接着阐述了太赫兹波在电力行业中的变压器绝缘油的检测、绝缘油水分含量的检测、变压器绝缘油纸老化分析、绝缘油纸板微水检测、电力设备缺陷的无损检测、绝缘材料的测厚等分析的应用。由此可见,太赫兹可作为电力检测中一项重要的补充检测技术。

     

    Abstract: Terahertz wave has wave-particle dualism,good penetrability,low-energy,fingerprint,transient,water absorption,therefore it has been widely applied in many fields,such as material,national defense,physic,biology,microelectronics,agriculture,imaging,information technology. The feature and detection principles of terahertz wave,imaging technology,as well as the detection modes of terahertz transmitted wave and reflected wave are described. The application of terahertz wave in transformer insulating oil detection,moisture content detection of insulating oil,aging analysis of transformer insulating oil paper,moisture content detection of insulating pressboard,non-destructive detection of power equipment and thickness measurement of insulating materials in power industry are comprehensively described. Therefore,terahertz can be used as an important supplementary detection technology of power detection technology.
