一种自动封堵装置在空冷岛上的应用

Application of an Automatic Blocking Device in Air Cooling Island

  • 摘要: 为了降低我国北方热电厂的空冷岛单元在寒冷冬季受低温影响出现冻结现象的概率,在确保电厂全年安全运行的前提下,对热电厂的空冷岛单元加装了防护装置。为避免加装防冻装置造成背压升高,考虑了空冷岛机组抽汽供热流量大、时间长的特点,应用了一种适用于大型供热机组空冷岛的自动封堵装置。介绍了该装置的动力系统、传动系统、牵引系统和盖布系统,分析了其工作原理。该自动封堵装置在国神集团某2×310 MW电厂一期工程的空冷岛进行了工程实施,以及效果检验和经济节能分析。结果表明,通过电机控制该装置的封堵遮挡面积,降低了热电厂空冷模块的冻结风险,确保了空冷岛全年的平稳运行,可有效减少空冷机的投运数量,降低耗电率,经济效果显著,具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the probability that the air-cooled island unit of the thermal power plant in north China will be frozen due to the influence of low temperature in cold winter and ensure the safe operation of the power plant throughout the year,protective devices are added to the air-cooled island unit of the thermal power plant. Based on the characteristics of large steam extraction heat supply flow and long time of air cooling island unit,in order to avoid the problem of back pressure rise caused by the installation of anti freezing device, an automatic plugging device for air cooling island of large heat supply unit is designed.The power system, transmission system, traction system and cover system of the device are introduced, and its working principle is analyzed. The project implementation effect test and economic energy saving effect test were implemented about the automatic plugging device in the the air cooling island of a 2×310 MW power plant phase I project of Guoshen group.The results showed that the mechanical control is realized through the operation of the motor control device, which reduces the freezing risk of the air cooling module of the thermal power plant, ensures the smooth operation of the air cooling island throughout the year, effectively reduces the number of air coolers put into operation, reduces the power consumption rate, and has remarkable economic effect. It has certain reference and guiding significance.
