单相智能物联电能表计量精度一致性评价方法研究

Research on measurement accuracy consistency evaluation method of single-phase IoT smart electricity meter

  • 摘要: 单相智能物联电能表是“泛在电力物联网”建设的重要载体,电能计量作为电能表最基本的功能,其精度一致性尤为重要。文中以某款主流单相智能物联电能表为例,通过对设计方案的分析,建立了基于Simscape的计量单元电路仿真分析模型,根据蒙特卡洛思想提出一种单相智能物联电能表计量精度一致性的评价方法,并提出了一种考虑元器件参数容差的计量精度一致性优化思路。结果表明,通过提升关键原器件参数的精度水平,可以使批次单相智能物联电能表的计量精度一致性有所改善。

     

    Abstract: Single-phase IoT smart electricity meter is an important carrier of the construction of "ubiquitous power Internet of things". As the most basic function of the electricity meter, the measurement accuracy consistency is particularly essential. This paper takes a mainstream single-phase IoT smart electricity meter as an example. Through the analysis of the design scheme, a simulation analysis model of measurement unit circuit is established based on Simscape. This paper proposes an evaluation method for the consistency of the measurement accuracy of the IoT smart electricity meter through the introduction of Monte Carlo method, and proposes a measurement accuracy consistency optimization idea considering the tolerance range of components. The results show that the consistency of the measurement accuracy of the single-phase IoT smart electricity meter can be improved by increasing the accuracy level of the key components.
