Abstract:
In this paper, the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is improved and applied to the operation quality evaluation of electricity meters in distribution network. The operation quality of electricity meter is evaluated by four macro indices including accuracy rate index, failure rate index, reliability rate index and event record reliability, and the scheme level indices are formulated respectively. After data preprocessing, a pairwise comparison matrix is formed by expert scoring method, and the subjective scoring weight is adjusted based on the feedback process. For the pairwise comparison matrix, the maximum eigenvalue and the corresponding maximum eigenvector are calculated, the vector is normalized to obtain the evaluation weight of each index, and the correlation is constructed based on the maximum eigenvalue and the consistency is tested. The model established in this paper is used to improve the operation quality of electricity meters in a regional distribution network. The evaluation results of actual electricity meters show that the established model can effectively evaluate the operation status of electricity meters.
