  • 摘要: 变电站对于保证电力系统的安全、稳定运行具有重要意义。针对智能变电站一次侧设备运行状态复杂,难以进行统筹评估,以及常用状态评估算法计算资源消耗大等问题,文章研究并提出了基于随机森林的智能变电站设备运行状态监测方法。设计了智能变电站设备运行状态监测系统结构,对智能变电站主要一次侧设备的运行状态检测原理进行了描述,在设备运行数据的基础上提出了基于随机森林的状态评估方法用于变电站设备运行的实时评估。通过实验分析验证了所述方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Substation is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. Considering the complex operation state of equipment at the primary side of intelligent substation, which is difficult to carry out intelligent integral evaluation, and the large consumption of computing resources of common state evaluation algorithms, this paper studies and proposes a method for monitoring the operation state of equipment in intelligent substation based on random forest. The structure of intelligent substation equipment operation state monitoring system is designed, and the operation state detection principle of the primary side equipment in intelligent substation is described. On the basis of the equipment operation data, a state evaluation method based on random forest is proposed for real-time evaluation of intelligent substation equipment operation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experimental analysis.
