Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of the lacking of multi-aspect performance quantitative analysis and importance evaluation in the optimization of the topology scheme of far-offshore wind power grid-connection through VSC-HVDC, this paper studies it from the perspective of comprehensive benefit evaluation. Specifically, a multi-index evaluation system covering three factors of economy, utilization ratio and reliability is constructed, and the calculation models of each index are given to quantitatively characterize the performance differences among topologies. Based on the improved AHP-entropy-NASH method, the weight of multi-index is determined, and the importance of each performance is measured reasonably. TOPSIS method is used to optimize the topological schemes by combining index data and weight information. In the example, the comprehensive benefit of point-to-point, ring and star topology schemes of Rudong offshore wind power project is evaluated and compared. The results show that the improved AHP can effectively reduce the consistency test error, the decision-making process has the quantification and visualization of performance and weight, and the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified.
