基于UWB定位技术的作业风险管控智能终端设备研究

Research on intelligent terminal equipment for operation risk management and control based on UWB positioning technology

  • 摘要: 针对室内施工作业点多面广、作业环境复杂多样无法收到GPS信号从而不能对施工人员精准定位,容易引发现场工作人员误入危险点的情况,设计了作业风险管控终端设备,包括智能头盔和室内定位系统。将定位标签集成在智能头盔上,在需要作业的现场安装基站,基于UWB定位技术实现对室内作业人员的定位。同时,智能头盔还具备通讯、行为识别等功能,室内定位系统具备电子围栏与预警功能。当发现人员越界时,通过蜂鸣器或者其他音频设备进行预警,并同时将位置信息传送到平台,加强了安全管控,降低了作业风险。实现室内精准定位功能、电子围栏和安全预警功能。

     

    Abstract: In view of the wide variety of indoor construction work sites and the complex and diverse work environment, it is impossible to receive GPS signals and therefore cannot accurately locate the construction personnel. It is easy to cause on-site workers to enter dangerous points by mistake. Operation risk management and control terminal equipment is designed, including smart helmets and indoors GPS. The positioning tag is integrated on the smart helmet, the base station is installed on the site where the operation is required, and the positioning of indoor operators based on UWB positioning technology is realized. Meanwhile, the smart helmet also has functions such as communication and behavior recognition, and the indoor positioning system has electronic fence and early warning functions. When a person is found to have crossed the boundary, a buzzer or other audio equipment is used to give an early warning, and the location information is transmitted to the platform at the same time, which strengthens safety control and reduces operational risks. The indoor precise positioning function, electronic fence and safety warning function are realized.
