考虑配网功率约束及可靠供暖的蓄热式电采暖系统优化调度方法

Optimal dispatching method for regenerative electric heating system considering the heating reliability and power constraint of distribution network

  • 摘要: 文中提出一种考虑配网功率约束及可靠供暖的蓄热式电采暖系统优化调度方法。基于系统内负荷热需求量构建热负荷预测模型,并对蓄热式电采暖设备与系统建模;建立负荷功率曲线模型;以配电网传输功率限制、可靠供暖为约束,构建一种考虑配网约束及可靠供暖的蓄热式电采暖系统优化调度方法。以系统日运行成本最低以及电采暖设备实际消耗功率与电网下发的负荷功率曲线的偏离程度最小为目标,确定电采暖系统的优化调度方案。算例结果表明,所提方法可在考虑配电网功率约束的前提下,能够充分利用蓄热式电采暖的蓄热量,可有效提升配电网运行安全性及用户供暖可靠性。

     

    Abstract: An optimal dispatching method for regenerative electric heating considering the heating reliability and power constraint of distribution network is proposed. Firstly, based on the load heat demand, the heating load prediction models are built, and the regenerative electric heating equipment and system are modeled. Then, the load power model of distribution network is established. Finally, with the restriction of transmission power of distribution network and heating reliability, an optimal dispatching method of regenerative electric heating considering the heating reliability and constraint of the distribution network is proposed. In order to minimize the daily operation cost and the deviation degree between the actual power consumption of electric heating equipment and of the load power curve delivered by the power grid, the optimal scheduling scheme of the electric heating system is determined.The example results show that the proposed method can make the best of the heat storage of regenerative electric heating under the premise of considering the power constraints of distribution network, which can effectively improve the operation safety of distribution network and the reliability of heating for users.
