一种组合式同步感应线圈发射器研究

Research on a combined synchronous induction coil launcher

  • 摘要: 同步感应线圈发射器是一类利用电磁能推进电枢的发射器。普通三级线圈发射器在加速电枢过程中形成的推力不够平滑稳定,且随着速度与推力的增大,驱动线圈易于损坏。文章提出了一种两段三级组合式同步感应线圈发射器设计方案,进而采用有限元仿真软件进行了场路耦合计算,对普通三级线圈同步感应发射器和新设计的发射器的电枢所受电磁力、电枢速度变化等特性的波形进行了比较。结果表明,两段三级组合式同步感应线圈发射器对电枢能产生更大的推力,且推力和加速度变化特性的波形更为平滑稳定;而且其两段三级组合式设计,能够分散线圈的径向受力,从而使驱动线圈不易损坏。物理试验结果验证了仿真计算结果的可信性。

     

    Abstract: Induction coil launcher is a kind of transmitter which uses electromagnetic energy to propel armature. The thrust of common three-stage coil launcher is not smooth and stable enough during acceleration, and the driving coil is easy to be damaged with the increase of speed and thrust. In this paper, a design scheme of two-section three-stage combined synchronous induction coil launcher is designed, and then, the field circuit coupling calculation is carried out by using the finite element simulation software. The waveforms of the electromagnetic force and the armature velocity of the common three-stage coil synchronous induction transmitter and are compared with that of the newly designed transmitter. The results show that the two-section three-stage combined synchronous induction coil transmitter can produce more thrust to the armature, and the waveform of thrust and acceleration variation characteristics is smoother and more stable. And the two-section three-stage combined design can disperse the radial force of the coil, so that the driving coil is not easy to be damaged. The results of physical experiments verify the credibility of the simulation results.
