Abstract:
With the rise of the electric vehicle industry, the business demand of charging pile develops rapidly. As a kind of electric energy metering device, the accuracy of charging pile directly affects the economic interests of users and power supply companies. Therefore, based on the working principle of DC charging pile, this paper analyzes the metering error sources and quantitative analysis methods of DC charging pile, and establishes a remote detection system of DC charging pile. In order to realize the remote detection of DC charging pile, the overall architecture, hardware and software structure and communication means of the remote detection system are designed, and the main functions of the system test module are planned. Finally, the remote detection system is applied to identify the metering function of a DC charging pile, and the evaluation results confirm the effectiveness of the system designed in this paper in the performance detection of DC charging pile.
