直流充电桩远程检测系统的计量特性研究

Research on metrological characteristics of remote detection system for DC charging pile

  • 摘要: 随着电动汽车行业的兴起,充电桩的业务需求随之迅速发展,充电桩作为一种电能计量装置,其准确性直接影响了用户和供电公司的经济利益。为此,基于直流充电桩的工作原理展开分析,探究了充电桩的计量误差来源及量化分析方法,建立了直流充电桩远程检测系统;以实现直流充电桩远程检测为目标,对远程检测系统的总体架构、软硬件结构以及通信手段进行设计,规划了系统测试模块的主要功能。应用该远程检测系统对某直流充电桩的计量功能进行鉴定,鉴定结果证实了所设计系统在实现直流充电桩性能检测的有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the rise of the electric vehicle industry, the business demand of charging pile develops rapidly. As a kind of electric energy metering device, the accuracy of charging pile directly affects the economic interests of users and power supply companies. Therefore, based on the working principle of DC charging pile, this paper analyzes the metering error sources and quantitative analysis methods of DC charging pile, and establishes a remote detection system of DC charging pile. In order to realize the remote detection of DC charging pile, the overall architecture, hardware and software structure and communication means of the remote detection system are designed, and the main functions of the system test module are planned. Finally, the remote detection system is applied to identify the metering function of a DC charging pile, and the evaluation results confirm the effectiveness of the system designed in this paper in the performance detection of DC charging pile.
