基于窄带物联网的油浸式电流互感器智能检测技术研究

Research on intelligent detection technology of oil-immersed current transformer based on narrowband internet of things

  • 摘要: 针对现有的手段巡视周期长、不能识别细微的故障征兆,延误处理时间,导致设备喷油、爆炸、起火等恶性事故,文中介绍了一种基于NB-IoT窄带物联网数据传输智能检测装置设计方案,将检测系统分为感知层、网络层和应用层。在保证设备原有结构不变的情况下将传感器安装风险降到最低,采用便携式设计,即插即用。使用窄带物联网,覆盖面广、传输稳定、可快速识别、诊断设备异常工况,实现了设备故障早期预判,早期处理。文中还提出了油位、油温双判据标准,在油气压力监测装置的基础上进一步优化了在线检测手段,运用了设备智能预诊断技术,方便人员进行电流互感器油位、油温横向和纵向对比。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing methods of long inspection cycles, failure to identify subtle fault symptoms, delay in processing time, and causing vicious accidents such as equipment injection, explosion, fire, etc, this paper introduces a design of an intelligent detection device for narrowband IoT(NB-IoT) data transmission solution, and the detection system is divided into perception layer, network layer and application layer, which minimizes the risk of sensor installation while maintaining the original structure of the device, and adopts a portable design, plug and play. NB-IoT has advantage that the coverage is wide, the transmission is stable, the abnormal working conditions of the equipment can be quickly identified and diagnosed, and early detection and early treatment of equipment failures are realized. It is proposed to formulate double criterion standards for oil level and oil temperature, further optimize the online monitoring method based on the oil and gas pressure monitoring device, and the equipment intelligent pre-diagnosis technology is used to facilitate personnel to perform horizontal and vertical comparison of current transformer.
