Abstract:
Lithium battery state of health(SOH) equalization technology is one of the key technologies to battery management system(BMS). Realizing lithium battery SOH balancing can make all lithium batteries in the system reach the scrap standard at the same time, reduce the maintenance and replacement costs of lithium batteries, and improve the capacity utilization of lithium battery. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition of SOH and the influencing factors of imbalance, and points out the factors that affect the SOH balancing. Then, from the perspective of active balancing, passive balancing and composite balancing, the published SOH balancing schemes for lithium batteries are classified and summarized. The principle, advantages, disadvantages and problems of the existing active, passive and composite SOH balancing schemes are emphatically analyzed. Finally, the future development and improvement direction of lithium battery SOH equalization technology are pointed out, so as to realize the SOH equalization of lithium batteries.
