Measurement defects and case analysis of current three-phase watt-hour meter

  • 摘要: 基于对现行三相电能表工作机理和运行情况的深入分析,文章指出三相电能表存在设计缺陷,并进行典型案例分析,提出改进措施。文章经分析测试,发现当出现有反向电量时,现行三相电能表对分布式发电上网、错接线、线损计算等方面存在计量缺陷,电能表无法真实、准确计量实际正反向电量,造成结算错误、差错电量及线损计算错误等。文章对电能表计量的准确性、真实性及功能提升有较大意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on an in-depth analysis of the working mechanism and operation of the current three-phase watt-hour meter, this paper points out the design defects of the three-phase watt-hour meter, analyzes the typical cases and proposes the improvement measures. Through analyzing and testing, when there is reverse active electricity, it is found that the current three-phase watt-hour meter has measurement defects on distributed generation Internet connection, wrong wiring, line loss calculation and other aspects, and that it cannot accurately measure the actual forward and backward electricity, resulting in settlement errors, wrong electricity amount and inaccurate line loss, etc. This paper is of great significance to the accuracy of measurement and settlement and the improvement of the function of watt-hour meter.
