Research on novel overvoltage filter of RLC-plus-C at converter output

  • 摘要: 为进一步抑制永磁风电机组PWM变流器高频脉冲波经长电缆传输反射造成的机侧过电压,并降低电机轴承电流,文章基于共模电流衰减法,提出一种新型RLC-plus-C无源滤波器及其设计方法。首先建立长电缆传输等效电路模型,分析过电压产生机理,引入传递函数,优化滤波器参数。其次对新型滤波器的参数R_f、Cc和C_f进行设计,在此基础上,针对电感L_f的取值在Matlab中设计一套完整的计算方法。最后通过Matlab/simulink软件搭建PWM变流器-长电缆-发电机的仿真模型,引入新型滤波器,分析其过电压抑制效果,轴承电流衰减量以及功率损耗,并对比RLC和RL-C滤波器。结果表明:RLC-plus-C滤波器进一步抑制了机端过电压,同时显著地降低了轴承电流。

     

    Abstract: In order to further suppress the over-voltage on the generator side caused by the high frequency pulse wave of the PWM converter of the permanent magnet wind turbine transmitted through the long cable and reduce the motor bearing current, a novel type of RLC-plus-C source passive filter and its design method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an equivalent circuit model for long cable transmission is established, the overvoltage generation mechanism is analyzed, the transfer function is introduced, and the filter parameters are optimized. Secondly, the parameters of the novel filter Rf, Cc and Cf are designed. Based on this, a complete calculation method is designed in Matlab for the value of the inductance Lf. Finally, a simulation model of PWM converter-long cable-generator is built by Matlab/simulink software. A novel type of filter is introduced to analyze its overvoltage suppression effect, bearing current attenuation and power loss, and compare RLC with RL-C filters. The results show that the RLC-plus-C filter further suppresses the over-voltage at the machine end and significantly reduces the bearing current.
