基于嵌入式系统的智能电能表研究展望

Progress and prospect of smart electricity meters based on embedded system

  • 摘要: 随着我国新型电力系统的提出,智能电能表除了基础的电能计量外还应具有通信、负荷控制、法制计量与非计量部分隔离等功能。为此我国新修订的GB/T 17215-2021标准充分采纳了国际法制计量组织制定的《有功电能表》(IR46),对新一代智能电能表的软硬件要求和型式认证做出了规定。文章首先从分布式能源并网,新型电力系统等方面讨论了对于新一代智能电能表的需求,其次分析了我国电能表新、旧标准体系与IR46的差异,对计量特性、电能表准确度等级、试验项目的主要差异进行了对比分析,并对支持IR46标准的智能电能表的硬件结构和关键技术进行介绍,最后阐述了基于嵌入式系统的智能电能表的下一步研究方向和应用前景。

     

    Abstract: With the development of the novel power system in China, the smart electricity meter should also have communication, load control, separation between the legal measurement and non-measurement in addition to the basic energy measurement. Therefore, China’s newly revised GB/T 17215-2021 standard has fully adopted the “Active Electrical Energy Meter”(IR46) formulated by the International Organization of Legal Metrology, and stipulates the software and hardware requirements and type approval of the new smart electricity meters. Firstly, this paper discusses the demand for a new generation of smart electricity meters from the aspects of distributed energy grid-connection and novel power system. Secondly, it analyzes the differences between the new and old standard systems of electricity meters in China and IR46, compares and analyzes the main differences of metering characteristics, accuracy level of electricity meters and test items. Moreover, the hardware structure and key technology of smart electricity meter supporting IR46 standard are introduced. Finally, it describes the next research direction and application prospect of embedded smart electricity meter.
