新能源汽车驱动电机测试系统的研究

Research on the drive motor test system of new energy vehicles

  • 摘要: 通过比较共交流母线型和共直流母线型测试系统,详细介绍了该新能源汽车驱动电机测试系统架构组成;结合目前整车厂的需求,完成测试系统关键部件的选型;LabVIEW上位机完成系统的控制、数据采集、曲线绘制以及报告生成。测试结果表明,该系统功能全面、实用性强、可靠性高,可实现精准控制与测量,满足有关功率等级的交流异步电机或永磁同步电机的性能及耐久性测试。

     

    Abstract: By comparing the common AC bus test system and the common DC bus test system, the architecture of the drive motor test system of the new energy vehicle is introduced in detail. Combining with the requirements of the current whole automobile factory, the model selection of key components of the test system is completed. The system control, data acquisition, curve plotting and report generation are completed on the upper computer LabVIEW. The test results show that the system has comprehensive functions, strong practicality and high reliability, which can achieve precise control and measurement, and meet the performance and durability test of AC asynchronous motors or permanent magnet synchronous motors with related power levels.
