基于DSP+ARM的直流充电桩高精度电能表的研究

摘要: 针对电动汽车直流充电桩充电时电能计量装置存在稳定性差、计量精度低等实际情况,从工程需求出发,进行了电能计量装置组成结构以及设计过程的分析和阐述。通过采用DSP+ARM结构方式,并应用新型的隧道磁阻传感器构建了电能计量装置,实现了参数的采集、计算、显示和存储等功能,特别地通过采用隧道磁阻电流传感器的结构方式,有效地改进了分流器长时间大电流充电时发热对电能计量带来的影响,经试验测试表明,系统方案具有可行性以及实用性,具有较好的应用空间。Abstract: In view of the fact that the electric energy metering device has poor stability and low metering accuracy during charging of DC charging piles of electric vehicles,this paper analyzes and expounds the structure and design process of electric energy metering device based on engineering requirements.This device adopts modularization design which the structure of DSP +ARM and the application of novel type of tunnel magneto reluctance sensor,and constructs electric energy metering device,and the functions of parameter collection,calculation,display and storage are realized.In particular,the tunnel magneto resistance current sensor is used to effectively reduce the influence of heat temperature generated during the long-time and large-current charging of shunt on the electric energy metering.The experiment shows that the system scheme is feasible and practical,and has good application space.
