交流电压下发电机定子线棒典型缺陷局部放电特性研究
Investigation of partial discharge characteristics of typical defects in generator stator under AC voltages

摘要: 采用实际运行中的发电机定子线棒,制作了三种典型故障缺陷模型,利用脉冲电流法研究在不同外施电压下三种典型缺陷的局部放电特性。结果表明,槽部放电定子线棒的起始放电电压最低,放电图谱在工频电压负半周起始位置有陡峭的上升现象;内部放电定子线棒的起始放电电压最高,PRPD图谱具有明显的对称性,放电相位分布最为宽泛;端部放电定子线棒具有明显的极性效应,工频电压负半周的放电活动更为剧烈。槽部放电定子线棒随加压时间的延长,绝缘老化现象十分明显,平均放电量上升,放电重复率先增加后减小。实验结果对发电机定子绝缘监测和故障诊断提供了必要的实验数据。Abstract: In this paper,three typical defect models are fabricated by using generator stators in actual operation.Partial discharge(PD) characteristics of the three typical defects at different applied voltages are studied by a pulse current method.Based on the defects fabrication method and test process in this paper,the results show that the slot defect has the lowest PD initiation voltage(PDIV).The discharge pattern has a sharp rise at the beginning of the negative half cycle of power frequency voltage.The PDIV of the void defect is the highest,the PRPD pattern has obvious symmetry,and the discharge phase distribution is the widest.The end-winding discharge stator bar has obvious polarity effect,and the discharge activity of negative half cycle of power frequency voltage is more intense.The aging phenomenon of the stator bar insulation is very obvious with the extension of the pressurization time.The average discharge capacity increases,and the repetition of the discharge increases first and then decreases.The experimental results provide necessary experimental data for the insulation monitoring and fault diagnosis of generator stator.
