Design and Application of Integration of Turbine Supervisory Instrument and Main Control System

  • 摘要: 为了降低设计复杂性及基建投资,提高系统运行的可靠性,减轻调试、维护人员的工作量及时间,减少备品备件的数量,可以将汽轮机监视仪表(以下简称TSI)系统与主控系统进行一体化集成。以某项目为例,介绍了TSI和分散控制系统(以下简称DCS)的集成工作,说明工作思路、软硬件情况以及调试过程中遇到问题的处理方法,同时提出了全厂仪控一体化及相应规程的修改建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the complexity of design and capital investment,improve the reliability of system operation,reduce the workload and time of commissioning and maintenance personnel,and reduce the number of spare parts,the turbine supervisory instrument( TSI) system can be integrated with the main control system. Taking a project as an example,it introduces the integration of TSI and distributed control system( DCS),explaining the working ideas,software and hardware conditions,and the handling of some problems in the commissioning process. At the same time,the integration of instrument control and the modification of corresponding regulations are proposed.
