Abstract: The air preheater in a factory is seriously damaged due to the thermal storage element,which has a great potential safety hazard. During the operation,the air preheater jammed and tripped,and the exhaust gas temperature increased significantly,which seriously threatened the safe operation of the boiler. It analyzes the cause of air preheater jam trip,and puts forward preventive measures to guide the operation adjustment.
