Construction Optimization and Prevention of Roof Waterproofing Engineering of Substation Buildings

  • 摘要: 变电站在电网系统中占据重要地位,变电站建筑物内设置了主控室、二次保护室、配电室及蓄电池、视频、消防控制系统等,屋面防水质量不达标,屋面雨水渗入建筑物内,可直接引起建筑物内带电产品跳闸或停止运行。通过对防水材料的选择、防水设计的优化、施工工艺的改进,提出一系列有效的防治措施,提高屋面防水能力,延长建筑物的使用寿命,以供相关行业内参考。

     

    Abstract: Substation plays an important role in the power grid system.The substation building is equipped with a main control room, secondary protection room, distribution room, battery, video, fire control system, etc.The roof waterproofing quality is not up to standard, and rainwater seeps into the building, which can directly cause live products inside the building to not move, trip, or stop operating.Through the selection of waterproofing materials, optimization of waterproofing design, and improvement of construction technology, and proposes a series of effective prevention and control measures to improve roof waterproofing capacity and extend the service life of buildings for reference in relevant industries.
