Soft Starting Method of Blast Furnace Blower Based on Power Grid Capacity

  • 摘要: 电动机起动时会导致母线电压下降,在不同的电网下不同的起动方式致使母线电压下降的幅度不一样,根据电网容量与电动机容量的比值,选取合适的起动方式,才能不影响同一母线下的其他用电设备。在高炉鼓风机这一特定的应用场景下,从电网对软起动装置的限制条件出发,给出了在不同的电网容量下,如何较经济地选用软起动装置的方法,提高工程项目的技术经济比。

     

    Abstract: The bus voltage will drop when the motor starts. Different starting modes will lead to different amplitude of bus voltage drop under different power grids. According to the ratio of power grid capacity and motor capacity,it selects the appropriate starting mode,so as not to affect other electrical equipment under the same bus. In the specific application scenario of blast furnace blower,it starts from the restriction of power grid on soft starter. This paper gives the method of how to choose which soft starter economically under different power grid capacity,so as to improve the technical and economic ratio of engineering project.
