  • 摘要: 以某600 MW燃煤机组为研究对象,为了适应机组深度灵活性调峰,开展汽泵再循环系统的灵活性改造研究。在深度调峰运行下的汽泵再循环阀内漏严重,影响给水系统运行安全以及造成汽泵能耗损失;分析再循环阀严重内漏的原因,从技术安全性、可靠性和经济性等方面分析比较改装气动隔离阀、优化控制逻辑、加装汽泵再循环小旁路等改造技术措施。针对电厂运行背景和阀门运行特性确定加装汽泵再循环小旁路是最佳改造方案,为同类型机组提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking a 600 MW coal-fired unit as the research object,in order to adapt to the deep flexible peak shaving of the unit,the flexibility transformation research of steam pump recirculation system is carried out. The internal leakage of steam pump recirculation valve under deep peak shaving operation is serious,which affects the operation safety of water supply system and causes the loss of steam pump energy consumption. It analyzes the causes of serious internal leakage of recirculation valve,and analyzes and compares the transformation technical measures such as refitting pneumatic isolation valve,optimizing control logic and installing small bypass of steam pump recirculation from the aspects of technical safety,reliability and economy. According to the operation background of the power plant and the operation characteristics of the valve,it is determined that the installation of steam pump recirculation small bypass is the best transformation scheme,which provides a reference for the same type of units.
