Analysis and Solution of Typical Problems in Commissioning of 350 MW Supercritical Once-Through Boiler

  • 摘要: 针对某新建超临界直流锅炉在调试阶段出现的煤粉管堵塞、再热汽温偏差等典型问题进行综合分析,提出相应的解决方案。通过对相关设备的调试,初步掌握锅炉及附属设备的运行特性,为后期机组安全运行提供可靠依据,并为同类型锅炉的调试工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: It comprehensively analyzes the typical problems such as pulverized coal pipe blockage and reheat steam temperature deviation in the commissioning stage of a new supercritical once-through boiler,and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Through the commissioning of relevant equipment, it preliminarily masters the operation characteristics of boiler and auxiliary equipment. It provides a reliable basis for the safe operation of units in later period,and provides technical reference for the commissioning of similar boilers.
