高压电缆附件铅封工艺的改进
Improvement on Lead Sealing Technology of High-Voltage Cable Accessories

摘要: 为从根本上杜绝电缆附件铅封不良带来的电缆系统安全运行的隐患,根据电缆附件铅封部位不良现象,如铅封厚度不足、铅封与铝护套假焊、铅封处开裂、铅封时过热,对现有的铅封工艺进行改进,将铅封作业分为预封铅和铅封两部分,监测温度不超过150℃,时间分别控制在15 min和30 min以内,铅封后至少冷却1 h方可移动电缆。用改进后的铅封工艺对安装人员进行培训和初步考核,铅封时间合格率在78.5%以上,铅封断面处密实合格率达到85.7%。Abstract: In order to eliminate the hidden danger of safety operation fundamentally in cable system which are brought by undesirable lead seals in electric cable accessories,it improves the existing sealing technology. At present,the undesirable phenomena on the lead lead sealing position of the cable accessories are insufficient seal thickness,false welding between lead seal and aluminum sheath,cracks on seal positions,excessive sealing temperature. It divides lead sealing technology into pre-sealing lead and lead sealing. The two temperature are less than 150 ℃ . The operating time are controlled within 15 minutes and 30 minutes. The lead sealing cables should be cooled at least 1 hour. The installation personnel are trained and made some preliminary assessments which adopts the improved lead sealing technology. The qualified rate of seal time is above 78. 5%. The compacting qualified rate of lead sealing sections reaches 85. 7%.
