Analysis and Corrective Measures of Typical Accident Case of Modern Excitation System

  • 摘要: 现代化电力系统中,励磁系统是发电机组的重要组成部分,而励磁系统故障将威胁整个发电机组的安全稳定运行。针对近年来励磁系统典型事故案例,分别从解列逻辑死区导致低频过励磁故障、信号测试采集回路故障、功率单元电路故障以及自动调节励磁装置(automatic voltage regulator, AVR)电源故障等进行分析并提出整改措施,为解决励磁系统事故提供一种有效的思路,为国产化励磁系统事故诊断技术的发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the modern power system, the excitation system is an important composition part for the generator set.The failure of the excitation system will threaten the safe and stable operation of the entire generator set.According to typical accident cases of excitation system in recent years, it carried out analysis and corrective measures form the aspects of low-frequency overexcitation fault caused by decoupling logic dead zone, signal test acquisition circuit fault, power unit circuit fault and automatic voltage regulator(AVR) power supply fault and so on.It provides an effective way to solve the excitation system accidents, and reference for accident diagnosis technology development of domestic excitation system.
