Abstract:
Based on the regional double carbon target, Delphi method, difference analysis method and multiple linear regression model are comprehensively used to deeply study and implement the strategy of sustainable development and low-carbon economy.Delphi method helpes to gather the opinions of experts in many fields, establishes a consensus on regional double carbon targets, and provides a basis for carbon emission planning. The difference analysis method is used to identify the characteristics, trends and key areas of carbon emission between different regions, which provides a basis for the design of personalized carbon emission paths. The multiple linear regression model analyzes the relationship between carbon emission and various influencing factors, and provides data support for decision-making.By integrating these three methods, it provides a set of comprehensive tools to achieve the regional double carbon goal, and promotes the organic combination of sustainable development and carbon emission. This comprehensive method not only helps to implement carbon emission targets, but also can meet the needs of different regions, providing a theoretical basis for future sustainable development.
