Analysis and Solution of Pulverizing System Coal Feeding Amount Oscillation Reason

  • 摘要: 给煤机是燃煤发电机组的重要辅助设备,是制粉系统的重要组成部分,其运行状态直接影响燃煤机组的安全生产运行。针对某600 MW超临界燃煤机组制粉系统给煤量振荡原因进行分析并提出解决措施,经过控制逻辑优化及调试,长期运行未再出现给煤量振荡现象,达到预期效果。

     

    Abstract: Coal feeder is an important auxiliary equipment of coal-fired generating unit and an important part of pulverizing system. Its operation status directly affects the safe production and operation of coal-fired unit. The oscillation phenomenon of coal feeding amount occurred in the pulverizing system of a 600 MW supercritical thermal power generating unit was analyzed,and the cause of the solutions was given. Through the optimization and debugging of the control logic,after long-term operation monitoring,such problems have not occurred again. The expected effect has been achieved.
