Cause Analysis and Optimization Scheme for Switch Converter Module Over Temperature of Jinfeng 1.5MW Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 风力发电机组的变流模块长期工作在高电压、大电流、高频开关状态,产生的热量如果不能及时散掉,将会引发变流系统故障,甚至导致机组超温停运。针对金风1.5 MW风力发电机组贺德克水冷系统,研究分析了SWITCH变流模块超温的原因,从传热学的角度列举了影响换热的相关因子,提出了改进三通阀和扰流丝的优化方案,并指出了后续优化思路。研究得出,采取优化改造三通阀、更换变流模块基体扰流丝等方法,可降低变流模块温度5~10℃,保证了机组安全、稳定运行。后续优化控制策略改善变流模块超温的思路,对于提高冷却循环效果可供参考。

     

    Abstract: The converter module of wind turbine works in high voltage,high current and high frequency switch state for a long time. If the heat generated cannot be dissipated in time,it will cause converter system failure and even lead to unit over temperature shutdown.This paper studies and analyzes the over temperature cause of SWITCH converter module in Jinfeng 1. 5 MW wind turbine Hedek water cooling system. It enumerates the relevant factors affecting heat exchange from the perspective of heat transfer. It puts forward the optimization scheme of improving three-way valve and disturbing wire,and points out the following optimization ideas. The results show that the temperature of converter module can be reduced by 5 ~ 10 ℃ by optimizing the three-way valve and replacing the spoiler wire of converter module,which ensures the healthy,safe and stable operation of the unit. The follow-up optimization control strategy improves the converter module over temperature. It has reference for improving the cooling cycle effect.
