Analysis of AC Filter Unbalanced Protection Misoperation in Ximeng Converter Station

  • 摘要: 针对±800 kV特高压锡盟换流站发生的一起交流滤波器不平衡保护动作跳闸事故,介绍了光纤电流互感器的工作原理和结构,并对交流滤波器电容器不平衡保护原理和动作情况进行分析,事故原因为不平衡光纤电流互感器电子单元程序设置的问题导致保护误动作。对光纤电流互感器电子单元程序逻辑进行改进并升级完善,消除了设备隐患,并提出光纤电流互感器运维建议。

     

    Abstract: According to an AC(alternating current) filter unbalanced protection action trip accident in ±800 kV UHV(ultra high vacuum) Ximeng Converter Station,it introduces the working principle and structure of the optical fiber CT(current transformer),and analyzes the unbalance protection principle and action of AC filter capacitor. The cause of the accident is the protection misoperation caused by the program setting of unbalanced optical fiber CT electronic unit. The program logic of optical fiber CT electronic unit is improved and upgraded. The hidden danger of equipment is eliminated,and the operation and maintenance suggestions of optical fiber CT are put forward.
