Abstract:
As a new energy power generation technology, wind power is widely used because of its advantages of clean and pollution-free, wide distribution and renewable energy, which is significant to the construction of a new power system based on new energy.However, due to the volatility and randomness of wind energy, the large-scale access of wind power will increase the amplitude and rate of net load fluctuation of the power grid system, affecting the stability of the power grid frequency.Based on the traditional permanent magnet direct drive wind power system and combined with flywheel energy storage technology, a direct drive wind power frequency modulation system with high power density is established, and the simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink system for testing, verifying the feasibility of the system.
