提高配网不停电作业完成率的研究

Research on Improving Completion Rate of Uninterrupted Operation in Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 针对自贸区大连片区不停电作业完成率低的问题,采用PDCA循环,结合帕列托法则、鱼翅图、5W1H等手段分析造成配网不停电作业完成率低的主要原因。针对主要原因给出相应的解决方案,并进行现场实施;对相应措施进行巩固和推广,以达到提高配网不停电作业完成率的目标,并计算产生的经济效益及社会效益;通过改进措施,缩短了停电时间,提高了供电可靠率,为配网不停电作业的相关研究提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the low completion rate of uninterrupted power operations in Dalian Free Trade zone, it adopts the PDCA cycle in conjunction with Pareto’s Principle, Fishbone Diagram, and 5W1H analysis to cause the main reason for the low completion rate of uninterrupted power operations in distribution network.It gives the corresponding solutions for the main reasons and implements on site.It consolidates and promotes the corresponding measures to achieve the goal of improving the completion rate of uninterrupted operation in distribution network, and calculates the economic and social benefits.Through improving measures, it shortens the power interrupted time, improves the power supply reliability rate, and provides a reference for the relevant research of distribution network with uninterrupted operation in distribution network.
