Analysis and Operation Key Points of of 660 MW Ultra-Supercritical Unit Extreme Hot Start

  • 摘要: 新形势下,为响应国家“碳达峰、碳中和”号召,600 MW以上超清洁排放机组必然成为火电企业中的主力机型。福建华电邵武能源有限公司三期工程2×660 MW超超临界火电机组作为福建北部电网末端的电力支柱,不仅在节能减排方面有重要贡献,在电网稳定及保障民生等方面更起到重要的作用。通过总结该公司2018年机组投产以来各次启机过程的经验,对机组稳定运行以及跳闸后短时间的极热态启动进行分析,提出针对性的措施和注意事项,可为今后同类型机组极热态启动提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the new situation,in response to the national ’’carbon peak,carbon neutral’’ call,ultra-clean emission units above 600 MW are bound to become the main models in thermal power enterprises. As the power pillar at the end of the power grid in northern Fujian,the 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power unit of Fujian Huadian Shaowu Energy Co.,Ltd.,Phase III project not only makes important contributions to energy saving and emission reduction,but also plays an important role in power grid stability and livelihood protection. By summarizing the experience of each start-up process of the unit since it was put into operation in 2018,the stable operation of the unit and the extreme hot start in a short time after tripping were analyzed. It puts forward targeted measures and matters needing attention,which can provide reference for the same type units to start up in extreme hot state in the future.
