Treatment of Low Reheat Steam Temperature in 300 MW Unit Natural Circulation Boiler

  • 摘要: 针对某台300 MW级燃煤机组自然循环锅炉在低负荷工况再热汽温偏低问题,结合锅炉实际运行情况,提出烟气再循环改造方案,并在改造后进行不同负荷工况测试。测试结果表明,烟气再循环系统投入后不仅能有效改善锅炉低负荷工况再热汽温偏低问题,还可提升主汽温度,不同负荷工况下再热汽温提升幅度为10~30℃,主汽温度提升幅度为10℃。以测试数据为基础,对锅炉运行经济性进行分析计算,并指出存在问题及提出建议,可为存在类似问题的电厂提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem of low reheat steam temperature in a natural circulation boiler of a 300 MW coal-fired unit under low load conditions, and combined with the actual operation of the boiler, a flue gas recirculation renovation plan is proposed.It conducts tests under different load conditions after the renovation.The test results show that the flue gas recirculation system can not only effectively improve the problem of low reheat steam temperature under low load conditions of the boiler, but also does it have an upward effect on the main steam temperature.Under different load conditions, the reheat steam temperature increases by about 10~30 ℃,and the main steam temperature increases by about 10 ℃.Based on test data, it analyzes and calculates the economic efficiency of boiler operation.It points out existing problems and proposes suggestions, which can provide reference for power plants with similar problems.
