Construction of Online Monitoring System for Faults With Shielded Solid-Insulated Ring Main Units

  • 摘要: 分析了环网柜局部放电和断路器机械特性检测方法的研究现状,阐述了固体绝缘环网柜实施局部放电、断路器机械特性、温湿度、水浸情况及烟雾实时监测的必要性。基于此,为屏蔽式固体绝缘环网柜搭建智慧化、全方位的在线监测系统。其中,局部放电监测采用超高频和温度2项指标作为判别依据,而断路器机械特性监测基于电流分析搭建测试系统。经现场安装与调试,设备运行情况良好,监测数据稳定、准确,为业内固体绝缘环网柜在线监测系统的搭建提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: It analyzes the research status of ring main unit partial discharge and expounds mechanical characteristics detection method of circuit breaker.It is necessary to implement the real-time monitoring for ring main unit partial discharge, mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers, temperature and humidity, water immersion and smoke.Based on this, an intelligent and comprehensive online monitoring system is built for the shielded solid-insulated ring main units.The partial discharge monitoring is based on Ultra High Frequency(UHF)and temperature, while mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker monitoring is based on current analysis to build a test system.After on-site installation and commissioning, the equipment is running well with stable and accurate monitoring data, which provides a reference for establishing online monitoring systems for solid-insulated ring main units in the industry.
