Abstract:
In order to achieve high voltage switch circuit breaker transmission mechanism strength reliability during the working, using CAE simulation technology, it requires modeling and simulation for high voltage switch circuit breaker transmission mechanism on the designing initial. According to the calculation results of vary-parts, it optimizes the weak strength parts, reducing the development cycle and increasing the development efficiency. It takes a type circuit breaker transmission mechanism as an example for the research. Firstly, the 3 D software is used for design and modeling. Then according relation between transmission mechanism contact travel and crank arm revolve angle, it uses ANSYS Workbench software rigid dynamics and transient structural simulation to solve the time-varying maximum stress distribution of transmission mechanism.s vary-parts. Finally, combined with the mechanical life test, the reliability of ANSYS Workbench motion simulation calculation results is verified. The results show that the ANSYS Workbench motion simulation calculation results can provide a basis for the design of the high-voltage switch circuit breaker transmission mechanism.
