Abstract: The outline of the national “14th Five-Year Plan” clearly puts forward the overall requirements of “accelerating digital development and building digital China”, and the construction of a new power system is an important measure of the power industry. The digital and intelligent construction of substation is indispensable to the new power system.It proposes a modeling method of intelligent substation based on IEC 61850 standard, which can realize the information digitization, function integration, compact structure and state visualization of intelligent substation, and can meet the requirements of new power system construction.
