Optimization for Adaptive AGC Load Control Strategy of Main Steam Pressure

  • 摘要: 新能源机组装机容量逐年增加,对火电机组调节能力提出了更高要求。针对部分燃料热值较低或进行褐煤掺烧的火电机组主蒸汽压力波动大、自动发电控制(automatic generation control, AGC)调节品质差的问题,进行机组协调控制系统和风煤等控制子系统优化,修改一次风母管压力控制逻辑,设计主蒸汽压力自适应的磨煤机启停控制和机组协调控制系统。新控制策略在火电机组实际运行中提高了AGC调节品质,应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: With the installed capacity of new energy units increasing year by year, higher requirements are put forward for the regulation ability of thermal power generation units.According to the calorific value of some fuels low, or the main steam pressure fluctuates greatly in the lignite blending thermal power units, and poor AGC regulation quality, the unit coordination control system and the control subsystem of wind coal are optimized.It modifies the pressure control logic of the primary duct, and designs the main steam pressure adaptive starting and stopping control system of mill and unit coordination control system.The new control strategy improves the AGC regulation quality of thermal power units in actual operation, and the application effect is good.
