脱硫吸收塔浆液氯离子突升原因分析

Analysis of Sudden Rise Cause of Cl- of Absorption Tower Slurry in Desulfurization

  • 摘要: 石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统吸收塔浆液氯离子浓度超标是火电厂经常遇到的问题之一,氯含量高会给设备造成较大危害,导致脱硫效率降低和二氧化硫排放超标。某热电厂吸收塔浆液氯离子突然升高,很快超出湿法脱硫系统运行控制值20 000 mg/L,为查出突升原因,进行了吸收塔浆液氯来源分析,试验结果证明,突升原因主要为经济煤质氯离子含量高。采取燃烧煤质调整及浆液置换等措施后,吸收塔浆液氯离子趋于平衡状态,脱硫系统恢复正常运行,为解决脱硫系统吸收塔浆液氯离子浓度超标问题提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: The excessive Cl- of absorption tower slurryin limestone-gypsum desulfurization system is a frequent problem in thermal power plants. High chlorine content will cause great harm to equipment,which causes low desulfurization efficiency and sulfur dioxide emissions exceeded. The Cl- of absorption tower slurry in a thermal plant suddenly rising,which exceeds the operation specified value of wet flue gas desulfurization( WFGD) system 20 000 mg/L. In order to find out the cause of sudden rise,the Cl- source of absorption tower slurry are analyzed. The experimental results show that the main reason for the sudden rise is the high content of Cl- in economic coal. After adopting measures such as coal blending adjustment,slurry replacement and other methods,Cl- of absorption tower slurry tends to equilibrium condition. Desulfurization system returns to regular and stable operation,which provides references for solving the problem of excessive concentration of Cl- of absorption tower slurry in limestone-gypsum desulfurization.
