Test System of FBG Sensor Based on LabVIEW and PXI

  • 摘要: 光纤光栅传感器具有灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀等优点,为输电线路的安全稳定运行提供了一种新的监测手段。为满足在输电线路监测中的大规模应用,光纤光栅传感器出厂前的测试效率和测试可靠性亟待提高。文章以虚拟仪器的核心LabVIEW和PXI(PCI Extensions for Instrumentation,面向仪器的PCI扩展)总线技术为基础,设计了一种针对光纤光栅传感器的测试系统,并详细的介绍了测试系统的硬件组成和软件实现。该系统自动化程度高可扩展性强,为输电线路中推广应用光纤光栅传感监测技术提供了有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: Fiber Bragg grating sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, anti-electromagnetic interference and corrosion resistance, which provides a new monitoring method for the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. In order to satisfy the demand of large-scale application requirement in transmission line monitoring, the test efficiency and reliability of FBG sensors need to be improved. Based on the core technology of LabVIEW and PXI bus of virtual instrument, this paper designs a test system for FBG sensor, and introduces the hardware composition and software implementation of the test system in detail. The system has high degree of automation and strong expansibility, which provides a strong support for the application of FBG sensor monitoring technology in transmission lines.
