Abstract:
With the development of strategic emerging information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, human society has gradually entered the intelligent age of interconnection of all things. Cyber-physical systems and cyber-powers have become the commanding heights of strategic competition among big countries, so it is urgent to develop and establish the theoretical framework of intelligent analysis and precise decision for real physical systems in the form of interconnection of all things. In order to improve the observability, controllability and plasticity of real physical system, an assumption of intelligent panoramic system with universal significance aiming at some observable realistic system was firstly put forward, and its basic concept, core connotation, construction goal and so on were described in detail. Furthermore, the basic concept, macro-functional framework and intelligent control brain core of smart panoramic grid were proposed with modern power grid as the typical application scene of Internet of things(IoT). On this basis, the theoretical system and key technologies of smart panoramic grid were systematically deployed based on the information driven intelligent cognition and cooperative control of space-time dynamics of complex power grid. Finally, the practical construction and implementation scheme of big data platform for smart panoramic grid engineering were presented, which can provide powerful support for intelligent analysis and accurate control of interconnected grid. At the same time, to provide value concept and engineering experience for implementing the cyber-power, digital China, intelligent society and other national strategy.
