智能全景系统概念及其在现代电网中的应用体系

  • 摘要: 伴随着大数据、人工智能等战略新兴信息技术的发展,人类社会逐渐进入到万物互联的智能化时代,信息物理系统和网络强国已成为大国战略竞争的制高点,亟需发展和建立万物互联形态下现实物理系统的智能分析与精准决策理论框架体系。首先,针对某种可观测的现实系统,提出具有通用泛在意义的智能全景系统设想,详细阐述了其基本概念、核心内涵、建设目标等,以期提高现实物理系统的可观性、可控性和可塑性。进而,以现代电网作为典型工业物联网行业应用场景,提出智能全景电网基本概念、宏观功能框架及智能调控大脑内核。在此基础上,以信息驱动的复杂电网时空动力学行为智能认知与协同控制为核心主线,系统性部署了智能全景电网各层面的基础理论体系与关键技术。最后,给出了智能全景电网工程实用化的时空大数据平台架构及建设实施方案,为实现互联大电网的智能分析和精准控制提供有力支撑。同时,为贯彻落实网络强国、数字中国、智慧社会等国家战略贡献价值理念和工程经验。

     

    Abstract: With the development of strategic emerging information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, human society has gradually entered the intelligent age of interconnection of all things. Cyber-physical systems and cyber-powers have become the commanding heights of strategic competition among big countries, so it is urgent to develop and establish the theoretical framework of intelligent analysis and precise decision for real physical systems in the form of interconnection of all things. In order to improve the observability, controllability and plasticity of real physical system, an assumption of intelligent panoramic system with universal significance aiming at some observable realistic system was firstly put forward, and its basic concept, core connotation, construction goal and so on were described in detail. Furthermore, the basic concept, macro-functional framework and intelligent control brain core of smart panoramic grid were proposed with modern power grid as the typical application scene of Internet of things(IoT). On this basis, the theoretical system and key technologies of smart panoramic grid were systematically deployed based on the information driven intelligent cognition and cooperative control of space-time dynamics of complex power grid. Finally, the practical construction and implementation scheme of big data platform for smart panoramic grid engineering were presented, which can provide powerful support for intelligent analysis and accurate control of interconnected grid. At the same time, to provide value concept and engineering experience for implementing the cyber-power, digital China, intelligent society and other national strategy.
