多能互补复合电站的优化配置及其在系统电源规划中的应用

Optimal Configuration of Multi-energy Complementary Composite Power Plant and Its Application in Generation Expansion Planning

  • 摘要: 能源基地集中发展单一类型新能源会带来能源损失、设备利用率低等多种问题。随着各类电源技术的成熟,利用资源互补特性来优化配置和协同开发多类型电源是解决这些问题的有效途径。首先基于各类电源的互补特性提出了多能互补复合电站的概念,研究了复合电站的互补机制及其面向规划的外部特性;其次,建立了综合考虑系统多能互补特性及外部规划需求的能源基地优化配置方法,进而在规划方案的三层运行模拟校核迭代机制中,设计了融合复合电站的电源优化规划技术路线。最后,通过算例验证了所提的复合电站配置模型和规划方法的合理性,可以为能源基地电源配置提供理论指导和技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Developing single-type renewable energy source in energy bases will bring about many problems such as energy waste and low equipment utilization. As the continuous maturity of various power generation technologies, the optimal configuration and collaborative development of complementary power sources in energy bases are seen as effective ways to solve these problems. Firstly, based on the complementary characteristics between various power sources, this paper proposes a novel concept of the composite power plant (CPP), whose complementary mechanism and external characteristics for planning are studied. Secondly, a method considering multi-energy complementary characteristics and external requirements is put forward to optimize the energy base configuration. Furthermore, in the tri-level iterative operation simulation mechanism of the planning scheme, a generation expansion planning method including CPP is designed. Finally, numerical results verify the rationality of the proposed CPP configuration model and planning method, which can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for optimized configuration of the energy base.
