A Review on SO3 Emission Control of Coal-fired Power Plant

  • 摘要: 由于对生态环境、人体健康、电力生产的多重危害,当前燃煤电厂烟气SO3排放已引起广泛关注,对其排放控制特性进行深入研究与系统总结是下一步制定相关政策以及实施排放控制工作的基础。该文分别从燃煤电厂烟气SO3协同控制技术与专项脱除技术2个方面,综述了前人的研究成果与当前的研究进展,分析了现有控制技术有待解决的关键问题及有待开展的研究内容,并在此基础上,结合我国燃煤电厂燃煤条件、锅炉炉型、超低排放装备等特点,提出了后续应对不同SO3排放控制要求的可行技术路线,以期为后续开展相关技术研究、工程实践、政策制订等工作提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: Due to the multiple hazards to the ecological environment, human health and power production, the emission of SO3 from the flue gas of coal-fired power plant has attracted wide attention. The in-depth study and systematic summary on its emission control characteristics are the basis for formulating relevant policies and implementing emission control work in the next step. In this paper, the previous research results and current research progress were summarized from two aspects of SO3 synergistic control technology and specific control technology, and the key problems to be solved and the research contents to be carried out are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of coal-fired conditions, boiler type and ultra-low emission equipment of coal-fired power plants, the feasible technical routes to different SO3 emission requirements were analyzed to provide a reference for the follow-up related technical research, engineering practice and policy-making.
