Abstract:
With the development of satellite navigation system, satellite timing has gradually become one of the technical means of power grid time-frequency benchmark. Time frequency reference plays an important role in providing time reference for power grid information communication. This paper introduces the high-precision data from the professional BDS data analysis center as the standard to evaluate the satellite time service, and presents an enhanced evaluation scheme for the power grid BDS time service benchmark. By describing the time service principle, establishing the evaluation scheme and conducting data analysis experiments, the conclusions are as follows: ①The proposed BDS timing evaluation scheme is easy to operate and feasible. At the same time, the use of external data reflects the independence of the enhanced scheme; ②Redundant observation is needed to increase the reliability of timing evaluation; ③Due to the different time generation mechanisms of satellite systems, different systems should calculate the time service of the same terminal independently.
