基于属性数学的配电网运行状态评估

Operation State Evaluation of Distribution Network Based on Attribute Mathematics

  • 摘要: 随着社会经济的发展,迫切需要实现配电网的自愈控制以满足电力用户对配电网供电日趋增高的要求,而实时准确地掌握配电网的运行状态是配电网实现自愈控制的前提。首先从安全、可靠、优质、经济和适应5个方面选取了运行状态评估指标,其次基于属性数学理论建立了配电网运行状态评估模型,将运行状态评估问题转化为配电网运行状态属性测度的计算问题,采用层次分析法确定评估指标权重,最后给出了求解配电网运行状态评估模型的过程。通过算例仿真校验,该模型能够准确客观地评估配电网的运行状态。

     

    Abstract: With the development of social economy, it is urgent to realize self-healing control of distribution network to meet the increasing demand of electricity users on distribution network. The real-time and accurate control of the distribution network operation state is the premise of self-healing control of the distribution network. Firstly, the operation state evaluation indices are established from 5 aspects, including safety, reliability, quality, economy and adaptability; Then, a operation state evaluation model of distribution network is constructed based on the attribute mathematics theory, which can transform the operation state evaluation issue into the attribute measure calculation issue of the distribution network operation state; Finally, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index, and the process is provided for solving the operation state evaluation model of the distribution network. Simulation results show that the model can accurately and objectively evaluate the running state of distribution network.
