Abstract:
For the construction of distribution transformer area, it mainly relies on the experience of engineering personnel, adopts Gantt chart and cross road chart to arrange the construction schedule, and there are some problems such as time delay and low quality of the project. In this paper, the BIM component model is associated with the schedule plan, the constraint rules of construction activities in the distribution transformer area are established, the sequence relation of construction activities is automatically generated, the time parameters of construction activities are calculated, the evaluation index system of construction schedule plan in the distribution area is constructed, and the pros and cons of different construction schedule plans are ranked through fuzzy decision-making. It is proved that this method can optimize the construction schedule and improve the scientificity and accuracy of the construction schedule decision.
