基于BIM和模糊决策的配电台区施工进度计划优化编排技术

Construction Scheduling Optimization Technology Based on BIM and Fuzzy Decision in Distribution Transformer Area

  • 摘要: 配电台区施工主要依靠工程人员经验,采用甘特图、横道图进行施工进度计划编排,存在工期延误、工程质量低下等问题。文章将建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)与进度计划进行关联,建立配电台区施工活动约束规则,自动生成施工活动顺序关系,自动计算施工活动时间参数,构建配电台区施工进度计划评价指标体系,通过模糊决策对不同的施工进度计划进行优劣排序。经验证,该方法可实现施工进度计划的优选,提高施工进度计划决策的科学性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: For the construction of distribution transformer area, it mainly relies on the experience of engineering personnel, adopts Gantt chart and cross road chart to arrange the construction schedule, and there are some problems such as time delay and low quality of the project. In this paper, the BIM component model is associated with the schedule plan, the constraint rules of construction activities in the distribution transformer area are established, the sequence relation of construction activities is automatically generated, the time parameters of construction activities are calculated, the evaluation index system of construction schedule plan in the distribution area is constructed, and the pros and cons of different construction schedule plans are ranked through fuzzy decision-making. It is proved that this method can optimize the construction schedule and improve the scientificity and accuracy of the construction schedule decision.
