全球氢能产业政策现状与前景展望

Current Situation and Prospect of Global Hydrogen Energy Industry Policy

  • 摘要: 氢能是清洁零碳、长期存储、灵活高效的二次能源,加快发展氢能产业是应对全球气候变化、实现碳中和目标、保障国家能源安全和实现经济社会高质量发展的战略选择。文章首先分析了氢能的特点,阐述了氢能产业链上游氢气制备、中游氢能的储存运输及下游应用的发展情况; 然后分析总结了国内外主要国家及地区的氢能产业布局、示范项目开展情况及国家政策; 最后,在此基础上提出了我国开展氢能研究的方向及建议。

     

    Abstract: Hydrogen energy is a clean, zero-carbon, long-term storage, flexible and efficient secondary energy. Accelerating the development of hydrogen energy industry is a strategic choice to address global climate change, achieve carbon neutrality, ensure national energy security and achieve high-quality economic and social development. In this paper, the characteristics of hydrogen energy are analyzed, and the development of hydrogen preparation in the upstream, storage and transportation in the middle and application in the downstream of the hydrogen energy industry chain is described. Then, the hydrogen industry layout, demonstration projects and national policies of major countries and regions at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the direction and suggestions of hydrogen energy research in China are put forward.
