Abstract:
Considering the economic, social and environmental benefits of clean energy consumption, and aiming at providing guidance for clean energy planning, this paper establishes a reasonable evaluation index system, and evaluates the comprehensive benefit by combining the mixed-cross weighting and the improved common origin gray clustering evaluation method. This method uses the variable coefficients of the indexes to determine the ratio of importance degree of adjacent indexes, instead of the order relation method. It constructs the mixed-cross weighting method based on the variable coefficient and order relation method, which can effectively avoid the disadvantage that the order relation method or the variable coefficient method cannot reflect the objective data information or the subjective intention of decision-making. In view of the inaccuracy of the rate change of gray-crossing and membership degree of the common origin gray clustering function, the function interval and form of the common origin gray clustering are modified to make the evaluation results more reasonable and authentic.
